In the turning of cloth should pay attention to the selection of the same batch, the same specification of the grey cloth, and pay attention to the consistency of the front and back of the fabric, pay attention to the width of the two sides of the cloth to encrypt 3-5cm and to be flat, straight, neat, and secure.

 

2. 4. 2 singeing

 

In order to ensure uniform flame and not out of gear, it is necessary to strengthen the cleaning of bristle box before the bristle burning, and ensure that there are no bristles on the bristle roller and thread winding. The friction between the bristle roller and the cloth surface should be appropriately increased to ensure the smooth finish of the fabric surface after the bristle burning.

Desizing and bleaching half products should be done evenly, check the left, middle and right pressure of each rolling mill roll before driving to ensure the consistency of rolling rate and uniform effect of cloth cooking and bleaching. The desizing rate is above 95% and the wool effect is between 10cm-12cm/30min. Too low wool effect will affect the finishing effect. The PH value of cloth falling is 7.

Mercerizing effect will directly affect the color of active printing and product size stability, need special attention. First of all, it is advisable to control the caustic soda concentration between 240-250g/l, to control the consistency of speed and locomotive tension, to ensure that the fabric belt time is between 50s±5s, the washing alkali concentration is between 40-50g/l, and the temperature of the alkali box should be above 90℃, so that the PH value of the cloth is between 7-8.

The traction tension of the fabric in the process of pretreatment will cause the fabric to form weft shrinkage, weft arc and different width of the door, etc., which will have a great impact on the later processing. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen finishing and adjust the consistency of the width of the door before printing, so as to avoid printing defects. Weft straightening equipment to choose automatic photoelectric weft straightening device, to ensure that problems found at any time to correct. In order to avoid door width difference, should strictly control the speed, pre-drying and oven temperature consistency. At the same time, in order to prevent the fabric from breaking, dry pulling is strictly prohibited. The moisture content in the front of the upper clip should be controlled between 20-30%, so as to ensure that the fabric door width after hot air pulling meets the printing requirements, and the machine under the fabric should be dried.
