The material of nonwoven fabric charged hot rollers：they all use excellent quality alloy steel(38GrMoA1,42GrMo,60GrMoV,9Gr2Mo)as the base material and then they are formed by machining hot processing, the surface hardness is HRC58-62.

Mode of heating：oil heating, electric heating and vapor heating.

Midheaven liner spiral heating:the forged piece is drilled with deep hole,the hollow chamber is installed with spiral liner or sprinkling liner to make the conduction oil flow in specified direction in spiral(or sprinkle)to achieve the goal of heating, the temperature difference≤± 1.5℃.

The hot rolles manufactured by our company have been equipped with hot-rolling mills manufactured in German and Taiwan.

The latest engraving process: after mid-frequency hardening, use laser engraving machine to carve(the pattern can is optional).

Characteristics: it has high hardness, the service life is 5 times longer than the original process, the plane head opening is precise with small vertex angle,even depth and good cloth surface quality.

Periphery drilling type heating:deep holes will be drilled arround the periphery of roller,this can make the conduction oil circularly flow and be heated in the peripheral holes, the temperature difference is smaller(< 1℃) and the heat efficiency is higher.

Flower type:it can be rolled into spot form, round dot form, rhombus form, crosswise form, striated form or any regular or irregular graphics according to the needs of the customers.
